Time to purge, light a candle, have tea or pour a nice glass of wine and play relaxing music as you let go of time past and plan for 2015
So what have the fruits of your labor, love and frolic taught you this year? How have you seen success, as you define it?
We all know there are 365 days in a non-leap year, and 12 months, but do you realize that in one year there are:
- 15, 208 hours
- 912,500 minutes
What will you have to show for it next year?
Your Year In Review
Take some uninterrupted time to answer these questions. Turn off your devices, close your email, ask your family not to disturb you for an hour or two. If you need to jog your memory, go back over your calendar and journal from the year.
- What did I learn?
- What did I accomplish toward my definition of success?
- How was I “being?”
- What did I miss?
- What would I do differently?
- How did I do with the “Life Blend” wheel?
- And so now, going forward as I plan for 2015, what are my priorities, what is my plan?
Write it to Make it Real
According to David Kohl, of Virginia Tech, people who regularly write down their goals - earn 9 times as much over their life times than people who don’t.
So get calm and set goals!
