Give Yourself a Title of....
What title are you giving yourself? Mine is the Talent Facilitator
Sit in the driver's seat of your career

Get Stuff Done

Know Your Worth
What can I say, sometimes you have to have your own WORTH ethic.
Learn how to say "No"
No, is a full sentence . It is easier to say, no when you have a compelling YES driving you!
Don't let fears take hold of you
What does this mean to you?
Ask for what you want
Yes indeed, but be sure you have a plan B!
You can have it all...
It is possible to have your career and a family if you are realistic and are willing to take a lattice approach to your career if need be. You can have it all, just not all at once.
Your unique value as a Latina/o
As Latinas/os we have cultural assets and liabilities and yes bias conscious and unconcious are real.
